SaveBox ("Service") is a Telegram bot (@SaveBoxAIBot) and web application (savebox.bot) that helps users save, organize, and search content using artificial intelligence.

The Service automatically categorizes, summarizes, and tags content forwarded by users, making it easily searchable and accessible from both Telegram and the web dashboard.

Access to SaveBox is provided through your Telegram account. One SaveBox account is created per Telegram user ID.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Telegram account, which serves as your authentication method.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by your local laws) to use the Service.

You retain full ownership of all content you save through SaveBox.

By using the Service, you grant SaveBox a non-exclusive, revocable license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

AI-generated summaries, tags, and categories are derivative works created to help you organize your content.

We do not use your content to train AI models. Your content is processed individually and is not shared with other users.

SaveBox uses third-party AI services (Google Gemini) to analyze, categorize, and summarize your content.

AI-generated results (summaries, categories, tags, key information) are provided "as is". We do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or reliability.

Content analysis is fully automated — no human reviews your saved content.

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure. Text data and metadata are stored in PostgreSQL, files and media are stored on Cloudflare R2.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect your data.

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

SaveBox offers a Free plan and a Premium plan:

We reserve the right to modify plan features with reasonable advance notice.

Free plan accounts are subject to data cleanup after 6 months of continuous inactivity (with prior notification).

Premium subscriptions are processed via Monobank payment system. Prices are listed in USD.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time through the bot settings.

Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of payment. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

You may not use SaveBox to:

• Store, process, or distribute illegal content
• Process content that violates third-party intellectual property rights
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer the Service
• Circumvent usage limits or security measures
• Use automated tools to abuse or overload the Service
• Store malware, phishing content, or other harmful materials
• Attempt to manipulate AI processing through prompt injection or similar techniques

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination without refund.

You can delete individual saved items at any time through the bot or web dashboard.

To request full account deletion, contact us through the bot using the /help command.

Inactive free accounts: after 6 months of inactivity, we send reminder notifications at 30, 14, and 7 days before data cleanup.

Premium accounts with active subscriptions are exempt from inactivity cleanup.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

We may modify, update, or discontinue features with reasonable notice to users.

Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary downtime.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SaveBox and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for Premium subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not responsible for content loss due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting.

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

For significant changes, we will notify users through the Telegram bot.
